Communications: To clearly and powerfully articulate our goals, arguments, and supporting research in order to increase participation in outreach and action and increase community trust in the coalition's work. To promote events strategically.

Outreach: To bring disorganized constituencies into the movement by planning and providing consistent opportunities for engagement (tabling, phonebanking, doorknocking), skillbuilding (workshops), and camaraderie (socials). To plan and execute.

Action: To strategize and reflect on meaningful civic and political participation that increases allyship, intentionally targets, and empowers nondrivers and neighbors most affected by highway expansion.

Research & Education: To frame, analyze, and expand upon quantitative and qualitative data with the coalition in order to better pursue our goals. To question, to teach, and collectively review.
